Your wellness is personal. Your support should be too.

There is no single practice, routine, or path that works for everyone.

Our 1:1 sessions create space to slow down, listen inward, and explore what you need — physically, emotionally, and within your everyday life.

Rather than following a rigid program, we'll draw from conversation, somatic awareness, movement, mindfulness, breath, and sound.

Some days you may want to talk. Other days you may need to move, breathe, rest, listen, or simply notice what's happening within you.

You don't need to arrive with everything figured out.

You can simply arrive as you are.

Depending on what you're navigating, our sessions may weave together conversation, somatic practices, movement, breath, mindfulness, sound, and practical wellness support.

We won't try to change everything at once. We'll get curious about what your body and life are asking for — and build from there.

Five sections with icons and descriptive text about wellness practices, including somatic practices, movement and breath, live violin and sound, mindfulness and reflection, and wellness support.

Sound as a way back into the body

Sometimes words can only take us so far.

In our sessions, I may weave live violin into somatic practices, meditation, movement, or moments of rest. Rather than performing for you, I use the violin intuitively — responding to the pace and feeling of the moment through melody, rhythm, vibration, and silence.

The invitation is simply to notice. Where do you experience the sound in your body? What softens? What wants to move? What emotions, images, or sensations arise?

There is nothing you need to make happen. Sound simply becomes another way to listen.

Come exactly as you are

There’s no perfect way to show up. Our sessions are conversational, collaborative, and shaped around what you need that day. We might talk through what’s been feeling difficult, explore what’s happening in your body, move, breathe, rest, or work with sound and live violin as another way of connecting with your internal experience.

You won’t leave with an overwhelming wellness checklist.

The intention is to leave feeling a little clearer, a little more connected, and supported in taking your next step.

  • You’re navigating a difficult time in your life.

  • You're craving a deeper connection with yourself and your body.

  • You’re seeking guidance on how to process and release unresolved emotions.

  • You've spent a lot of time pushing, achieving, fixing, or trying to “do wellness right.”

  • You're looking for an approach that feels softer, more personal, and less prescriptive.

  • You're curious about somatic practices, movement, mindfulness, or sound.

  • You're moving through a transition or simply feeling disconnected from yourself.

  • You want to build habits and practices that actually fit your life.

  • Or maybe you can't quite explain what you need yet.

That's okay, too.

No previous experience with yoga, somatic practices, meditation, or sound work is necessary.

Start where you are.

Sometimes the first step is simply creating space to listen.

1:1 Wellness Support is a wellness and educational service, not psychotherapy, medical care, physical therapy, or music therapy. All practices are optional and can be adapted to meet you where you are.
